How can I reserve my trip?
Reservations can be made by calling our office (1-877-272-5032, Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm AZ time) OR online by filling out our reservation request form. If you reserve online, one of our trip specialists will contact you within one business day to confirm availability and complete your reservation. If you choose to book by phone, we will confirm your reservation immediately. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy prior to booking your trip.
A $250 per person deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to your trip start date. If you reserve a trip within 90 days of trip departure, full payment is due at the time of booking. Day hikes require full payment to confirm your reservation. Acceptable forms of payment include credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express), check or PayPal. Please make all checks payable to Four Season Guides, LLC.
Once we confirm your deposit, we will send you a comprehensive trip packet with additional information including a detailed itinerary, packing list, travel information, training tips and trip liability/medical release forms. Please complete, sign and return the appropriate forms to us within 14 days of booking. You can fax (1-928-525-1558), email or mail the forms to us.
